First Use Mentoring
The sharing of knowledge, coach to coach, leader to leader.
What we mean by mentoring
Mentoring is the sharing of knowledge. In this form it is coach to coach, leader to leader. The only way we can keep progressing anything is to hand over what we learnt, so the next bearers are better than us.
It comes in different forms: a conversation you listen in on, a channel you follow, or a season with someone in your corner. Some of it is free and some of it is paid, and all of it is one coach helping another get better at the job.
Coaching Coaches
Long-form interviews with coaches from AFL to community level, on culture, leadership, development and performance.
AFL Coach Mentoring
